Was it bad timing? or was it just not meant to be?
I guess it doesn’t really matter but I’m glad I was able to get that off my chest today…
And I know I’m still holding on too tight and incredibly reluctant to let go but I know that I need to…I know you’re happier where you are, even though I know I have some of your love. I think I haven’t been able to bring myself to fully let go because, for some reason, I think I was afraid it meant losing you entirely. But you reassured me today that that won’t happen, and I’ve got to remember that.
A few songs and a lyric come to mind that can explain my feelings, and I would post them, but I don’t want these sad feelings to linger any longer.
